  • International: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on location. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be imposed by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other fees upon arrival. Certain regions may allow small‑value orders to pass duty-free (known as "De Minimis" thresholds). Please contact your local customs office for details, as delivery delays can occur at customs. 

Returns Policy

We want you to adore every Isla Botanica scent you experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and unlit (for candles), unopened and sealed (for diffusers, lotions, and washes).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. 

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the items to confirm they meet our return criteria. If returned items show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund—including return shipping in cases where the error is on us. tabsbermuda.com

EU (European Union) Customers

For customers in EU member states, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from delivery during which you may return products for any reason. As always, items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging, and return shipping remains your responsibility.
